At Grohood, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your clothing purchases. We understand that sometimes, things don't quite fit or look as expected. That's why we've made our exchange process as simple and straightforward as possible. <br/>
Our 7-Day Exchange Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate an exchange. After this 7-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

Free from Odors/Marks: The item must be free from any odors (e.g., perfume, smoke) or marks (e.g., makeup, deodorant stains).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from Grohood is required.
